Every week Littoralis™ systems automatically generate and send out eNewsletters to members of each partnership displaying click-through links to all items added to their intranet in the previous seven days. It's an invaluable - and powerful - way for partnerships to maintain regular communication with their members, and constantly to build usage of their intranet. Notification of new offender details are automatically included - so too are news items, 'Alerts' from police, and reminders of any up-coming events. So the eNewsletter is more than simply a way of bringing members back to the intranet - it's a powerful channel of communication for any organisation that wishes to communicate with members of the partnership. The eNewsletter is entirely automated - but if nothing has been added to the partnership intranet in the previous seven days, then it isn't sent.

Littoralis™ systems allow partnerships to send one-off email messages to all members - or sub-sets of them. Writing the email message is as simple as writing any email - and sending it is a matter of simply clicking a button. All selected members are immediatelt sent the email. The system is ideal for urgent warnings or information that members can benefit from immediately. Partnership which are funded, at least partly, by members' subscriptions can use this system to simply and easily to send reminder messages to those members whose subscriptions fall due within the next few weeks - and then to use the same system to send further chasing emails before and after subscriptions fall due.

For urgent messages that cannot wait for members to acces their email systems, Littoralis™ includes a powerful SMS system as standard in all its products. Members who have elected to receive such messages receive them on their mobile phones within seconds of being sent.
