Membership Management
Adding members to the intranet is a matter of submitting the member's email address to the system (any number can be added in one submission) - a task which is completed with a single click of a button. Deleting members is simple too.
Littoralis™ provides a
set of reports to show partnerships which members are most regular users of the intranet - and which rarely or never use it. Sending emails to all members who have not yet logged into the intranet is simple, using the built-in one-off email function.
For partnerships which charge membership subscriptions, administrators can add a subscription date to members' details and use build-in filter tools to identify all members whose subscriptions are due to expire, for example, in the next 30 days. The built in one-off email function can be used to email all of them with a single reminder email. The same process can be run on members who have still not re-subscribed seven days before expiry date.
