Littoralis™ makes it easier and quicker for Members to make Incident Reports. So they do it more often. The quality of the reports is better too, so more of them are useable.

Online Incident Reporting

Members of crime-reduction partnerships can make report incidents online through Littoralis™ products. It's much quicker and simpler than using paper-based forms - so members make more reports, all delivered instantaneously to the partnership. And each product can be configured so that designated police contacts can also instantaneously receive copies of all reports the moment they're submitted.

Incident Reports forms are based on Home Office-approved classifications and Good Practice; key fields are obligatory so that reports can be consistent, detailed and exhaustive - yet they are designed to be quick and easy to complete. Each Report form is customised to identify individual 'Hot Spots' specific to each partnership, for analysis in Littoralis'™ performance reports.

When members make incident reports through Littoralis™ products they associate the report with offenders featured on the Intranet - saving time and 'hardening' witness ID confirmations.

Members can upload CCTV or any other image with their incident reports, if they don't recognise the offender or he or she is not already included on the Intranet. In this way Littoralis™ enables the partnership to gather images and sort them to help link incidents with offenders - even if they're not known to the partnership. Unknown mugshots can be published to members in the partnership's weekly automated eNewsletter with a link to a form on the intranet enabling members to provide positive identification information.
