Partnerships comprising landlords and letting agencies in a defined area can share information about local offenders so that they can be excluded from properties owned or managed by partnership members. Benefits accrue not only to members of the partnership but also to residents in the partnership area.

Like other such crime-reduction partnerships, members must be sure that they operate in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998; fines for non-compliance can reach up to £500,000. Information Sharing Agreements with police and other organisations also require strict adherence to 'Good Practice' with regard to data security and integrity. So Littoralis'™ data security system and procedures to ensure Good Practice are built into TenantWatch.

TenantWatch uses Littoralis™ information sharing system so that personal data including mugshots can be exchanged securely online, and in compliance with DPA and other obligations. Likewise, Littoralis'™ incident reporting system is built-in as standard to TenantWatch so that partnerships can adopt efficient and effective online incident reporting methods.

As with all crime-reduction schemes which require the active participation of members, keeping members up to date about new offenders, local relevant news, the partnership's successes, police 'alerts' and upcoming events is critical to success. So Littoralis'™ membership communication system is a key component of TenantWatch, generating and sending out eNewsletters every week - completely automatically.

BCRP Intranet includes Littoralis'™ powerful offender management and monitoring tools to quickly process incident reports, copy them to police if appropriate, and to administer exclusions or bans. And TenantWatch can link with other partnerships for tthe purpose of sharing offender intelligence, simply and involving no cost.

TenantWatch comes complete with Littoralis™ Content Management System ensuring that adding, editing and deleting content on the intranet is simple, quick and requires no technical knowledge. And its built-in membership management tools make it simple to add, monitor and delete members from the partnership.

TenantWatch costs £500 to implement, to include online training; a monthly licence charge of £65 covers unlimited members and offenders, all system enhancements, online technical support and hosting on our secure servers.
